We've been on a journey with the NDIS since its inception, as the parents of a child who was one of the first participants under the scheme. We know what it's like to be a parent entrusting the care of your child to someone else and the anxiety that goes along with that. That's why having excellent, trusted relationships with our client's whole family is so important to us. We view it as a great privilege to offer care to your loved ones. Our whole team has huge compassion and being a carer is so much more than a job to us. We want families to know that they are in safe hands. When your loved one is in our care, you can rest easy knowing that we will give them all the love and attention that you'd give them yourself.

Meet GoodCare Ability Services' Founder
"Our son was one of the first clients under the NDIS many years ago. His whole life, it was difficult for my wife and I to find him the care he needed, so we spent years getting permission to take control of his care, along with our younger son who has learning challenges. I didn't know much about disability care 22 years ago but having cared for both my sons for so many years, I have a huge appreciation for the value of disability support workers who truly care. Creating GoodCare Ability Services matters to me, because my wife and I were always living in fear when my son was out with strangers, because he's non-verbal and has challenging behaviours. Every participant we care for now is just as if I'm providing that care to my own kids."
